Martina is a filmmaker and photographer working between Italy and Berlin. She began her artistic journey as a teenager, photographing her fellow dancers with a focus on bodies in motion. Soon after, she transitioned into filmmaking, bringing that same sensitivity to movement into her videos.
Her visual language is defined by immersive one-shots that closely follow the dancer, with the camera becoming part of the choreography itself. Drawing from her background as a dancer, her work retains a strong theatrical quality, where composition, rhythm, and physical expression merge into a cohesive, embodied narrative.
